I used to go here with my Mom when I was little, to get horsey magazines. Now, they don't have so many horse magazines, but I still go there on occasion. They have a fair selection of new books, and their bestseller prices beat most chain bookstore bestseller discounts, but what I mainly go fhere for is the Bargain books. If you're not looking for anything in particular but a nice coffee-table book or a how-to craft or cooking book, it's worth a shot there. We've picked out some very interesting books there on crafts. Even though their horse magazine selection is sparse, they do carry plenty of other magazines, though probably not quite as many as to rival the chains. Check out their used book section if you're looking for a paperback by your favorite author. If your tastes run to the more risque adult side, well, there's a vast selection for you, as well.
