In my recent visit to New Hope Marina I was greeted by a lady with a very unpleasant tone and attitude. Upon my inquiry on a specific part and gear lube level for boat motor. She replied with "You should know this information before coming here" My response was you are the so called professionals you should be able to tell me what i need for my motor. I asked to search the internet for the manual on my engine at a site that i know has the information. She proceeds to no listen to me as to where the information can be obtained, then she gets angry and tells willie (the owner) that i need to get out of her office. I am baffled as to what set the lady off because i was in no way rude. She says because i was telling her how to do her job. NO I WAS SIMPLE TELLING HER WHERE TO FIND THE INFORMATION. The goal of customer service is to make your customer happy, by answering the questions, not insulting them and pissing them off. Apparently she was upset that i did not take the advise from Willi
