Carlos from the New Era Body Shop is the one who helped me out. He was very knowledgeable of what damage had happened to my car. He is very reliable and told me they could have my car repaired in 3 days. He went so far as to take me to get a rental, which I thought was very nice. I was very happy when my car was done even sooner than I had planned for, and it was perfect when it came out! I would definitely go there again! Myra Cardenas more

I picked New Era Body Shop out of the phone book, along with three others, and got estimates. I liked them the best, and they happened also to have the lowest price. They were very polite and knowledgeable, and their whole facility was very clean. I had them repair my wife's car, which was damaged during a run in with a delivery truck. The rear right quarter panel and part of the door got scraped and dented. They fixed everything up to where you can't even tell there had been an accident. Dixon VW more

New Era Body Shop has been very helpful. As far as dealing with insurance companies, they have made it easy for me, especially being the busy professional that I am. It's nice to just go down there and pick up the car when it's ready. more
