As an audio visual company that bailed another company out of a potentially damaging situation one would expect to be paid on time. Not the case with New England AV or EPR AV or Event Production Resources or whatever name they choose to go by that day. This company refuses to pay an invoice that is over 2 months past due. After one of their technicians forgot to bring equipment to an event that they were doing he walked out leaving the client to aid in the set-up. Our company bailed them out by providing them with the missing equipment and the additional staff member without gouging them price wise yet they refuse to pay or return any correspondence. If this is how they treat people that help them out I can only imagine how they treat clients. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING.
