New Electric installed six LED lights, two ceiling fans, three bathroom fixtures, and my daughter's crystal chandelier in her bedroom. They were scheduled to arrive at 9am and they arrived at exactly 9am; prompt, courteous, and most of all, cared about doing a good job, which they did. I called Jordan, the Manager, about a month after the original install to let him know I attempted to install a dimmer switch to one of our LED lights and failed miserably. He let me know he'd send someone out and within three hours, Anthony, an electrician who also assisted with the original install, showed up at my door. Anthony diagnosed the issue with the switch and had it up and running within 30 minutes; UNBELIEVABLE customer service with New Electric. I've owned many homes over the last twenty years and have dealt with numerous electricians and electrical contractors; New Electric is without a doubt the best company with the best people doing the best job out there. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for good quality electrical work at a fair price. more

They were here when they said they would be and completed the work in a very experienced and professional manner. Shane was fantastic! He fixed my electrical problem quickly and notified me of a problem with my hot tub that should be fixed. He was meticulous about cleaning up any leftover wires etc. He did the job in less than an hour and even showed up early. I am going to use this company again. The price was very reasonable. Since I worked in the electric industry supplying power to customer in the Los Angeles area for over thirty years I recognize quality work and great customer service. New Electric gives that. We will be using New Electric for some future projects. We would and will recommend this company to others.
