New China Express

This is the worse place that I have been to in the World... I ordered from here on my lunch break and the food was so nasty. The rice was crunchy and not completely done. The sesame meat tasted like pure sugar. I call to explained the problems with my food. She told me to come when I get off work. I came there when I got off work and she wanted to give me the same food. She also offered to heat the meat up for me...My reply was, ARE You Serious??? I asked for something else that was equal value. Just to be nice and not a nasty customer. She refuse and started yelling. I was very disgusted at how horrible the customer service was at this place. I had to tell them that I was going to call 911 for them to give me my money back. This place should not be opened and is by far, the worst, nasty, and non considerate place that I have ordered from. I will never order from here again. Please Do Not Go Eat Here. The food is not worth wasting your money. more

I ordered from this place a few times. The food is over fried, greasy and not that good. You ask, why did I order a few times then? Well, it is because I live close to Atlanta city limits and very few restaurants deliver. Well, I order one too many times as they got my order wrong and when I called to nicely ask why I received the wrong item, the lady on the phone immediately got rude with me and told me that was not her problem. She insisted I ordered what she gave me when my order history dictates I order the same thing over and over again. I then asked for her manager and she says he is not in. I find that hard to believe. Anyway, I will be disputing the charges with my credit card company and will check to see if the manager is in over the next few days. This is not about my $20 spent and how I always tip and speak nice to their drivers, but about how a restaurant could be so rude to a repeating customer. I deal with the fact their food sucks since they deliver, but now I will never buy from them again. If you insist on ordering from them, use your credit card in case you need to dispute because this barely speaking English restaurant will never admit wrong doing and are RUDE! I have lived and worked in many countries so this was a major disappointment to be treated this way. BEWARE! more
