My favorite dim sum restaurant is New Capital Seafood Restaurant. What's great about them is that they charge the same price for all their dishes, unlike most other dim sum places, which charge based on the dish size. Everything here is about $1.80 per dish. They have all the traditional dim sum favorites, like har gow (shrimp dumplings), sticky BBQ pork buns, chicken feet, and some newer dim sum dishes (like this Asian hamburger). It's customary to have tea with dim sum and you have your choice of teas. You would think that you won't get full from eating dim sum since the portions are so small, but it adds up. It's good for small to moderate groups, but beware, it can be very loud.
