I am not at all pleased with the conduct of the office staff at this driving school. Not only did they schedule me for a date in the past, but when I was pointing out the error to them, they were conversing with one another as a side conversation. I would not have been surprised if those had been the circumstances of my initial scheduling. Their carelessness caused me to wait at the meeting point for an extended period of time because the instructor also led on that I had the appointment time wrong, but later said that he thought I was someone else and that we had no appointment that day. While the instructor is good, I would advise you to take your business elsewhere if you don't want to risk having a frustrating driving school experience. Pros: instructors Cons: office more

I apologize for any wrongdoing that the comment has produced and the situation was amicably resolved by both parties. New Bens has helped me resolve my problems and I thank them for doing so. it saves you time and money for those who know exactly what they want. What you get is exactly what you paid for. would you go to chinatown order a $5 pork chop over rice and expect the same type of service you get in Cipriani or Per Se? For me the service is fast, easy and efficient. more

I had a terrible experience at this driving school as well and I thought there was nothing I could do about it, but lo and behold, I found that the school is listed in Citysearch. Well I'm glad that I'm not the only one that had a bad experience with the office staff and office policies as well. I bought an 8 class package with unlimited road test and I had to reschedule one of the classes because of a vacation. Well the office lady mixed up the dates and I got served with a $15 missed class fee! I mean I didn't even want to make the class up but I still had to pay a missed class fee?! I paid for a series of classes at this driving school based on the positive experience of my older brother (former student) and the single positive review. Though I agree that Johnson (the instructor) is excellent, their office staff is extremely rude, stubborn, and unprofessional. They made a mistake in scheduling a class, but instead of trying to treat the customer (me) right, they decide to blame me and try to charge me an additional fee to reschedule the course. If a business cannot treat their customers right, they don't deserve the business. AVOID THIS SCHOOL. Your business is better elsewhere. Pros: Johnson is indeed a good teacher. When I called them for the price and info, they were very professional and informative. I would definitely recommend Johnson and this school to all the people who want to learn how to drive. (by the way, the price was very reasonable) more
