Terrible experience! I was denied service because of judgement and condemnation, I will never go back! But the guy at give em the boot rocks! Nice as ever! This guy that owns new beginnings needs to have a new beginning and learn how to love people and work with the people who come in his doors not judge them and refuse service! more

Fast, affordable, and done right! 2/22/2012

I've been taking my boots (some vintage, some newer) to New Beginnings now for a couple of years - and every time they are completed ahead of schedule and correctly. I've had everything from a good cleaning and polish to a complete resole and heel and I'm always happy with the work. It holds up and looks good! \r \r I highly recommend taking any of your shoes, boots, and handbags to New Beginnings. You won't be disappointed! more
