Stay away from this vendor! Their fountains are inferior quality, manufactured with significant defects. The fountain I purchased contained unsightly seams resulting from a poor molding process, which included the use of rocks and stones in the cement mix that show through the surface of the cement, as well as drip and run marks on the exterior surface of the fountain. These kinds of defects can be concealed if the fountain is painted, but not if it is stained. Although the vendor knew when I bought the fountain that it was going to be stained, they did not disclose that their fountains are not suitable for staining (only painting). When I brought the problems to their attention after the fact, they refused to provide a refund, or even cooperate in resolving the matter. We had to discard the fountain we purchased from New Age Pottery and replace it with a new one purchased from a reputable manufacturer, losing $1,300 in the process.
