patient thorough service 7/20/2012

Warren was extremely professional and patient with our complicated, multi-room job (installed AV and networking equipment). His prices were also very reasonable. Would gladly recommend to closest friends and family. more

I had a very good experience with New Age Communication. Warren was the one who served me, and he was extremely customer focused. He listened very well, and was very smart regarding the newest technology. He knew right away what I wanted. Warren also did a good job with the installation. He set up my whole audio visual system, and programmed a universal remote to control it all. I had never used anything like it before, but it was a very good solution. Everything works very well. Throughout my dealings with Warren, he never said no to anything. He was very professional. I would recommend that you at least talk to him, because his prices are very reasonable for all he can do for you. If you want a very up-to-date system, Warren is the guy. more

Warren, is very very professional and patient. after talking with him, he knew exactly what we needed. He was so great to work with and did an excellent job, that i will definitely hire him again. Warren was always on time and made himself available whenever we needed to discuss the project!! thank again!!!!! more

I would highly recommend Warren! 6/7/2010

Warren was very flexible and even worked his own schedule to work around our move in date. He was also readily available to answer questions and when he came to pick up his check, he even finished connecting some last minute lines for us that we'd forgotten about (on the house!). Warren was great, professional and very efficient. New Age Communication was great! more

Great service / knowledge -- goes above and beyond the call 7/15/2009

Warren Wong did not simply install my home theater system, he designed it to my specification and budget. In addition, his fee was very reasonable and his service was excellent. The installation of my system was particulary memorable for him I am sure because he had to come out to do the set-up TWICE. (I was burglarized and had to replace all components.) Warren did not charge me anything for the second installation. Great guy, great service. Totally recommended! more

New Age Communication installed some security cameras at my business. They were nice, professional, and always on time. I was very satisfied with their service. Also, their pricing is competitive and they do good work. Warren is easy to work with and he understands our current economy. He will make sure that you get what you need at a good price, rather than wasting your money. I highly recommend New Age Communication. They put in time and effort with the customer. Professional job at a great price. 7/8/2009

We manage apartment buildings in San Francisco and were looking for an electronics guy to set up a security system for us. We found New Age Communication on Craigslist and were impressed by the initial work that Warren did for us. Over the years, his company has grown and the work has gotten better. They have installed security cameras and wired them to the Internet so that we can monitor them online. They also have helped set up computer stuff around our office. If we ever have an issue, Warren comes right back out to the building to fix it. He is great at following up with clients. We have already recommended Warren to friends of ours who hired him to do some home theater work for them. As far as we know, they were pleased with the results.
