Neveda Orthodontic Care

I have been a patient here since March of 2011. From the start, they have been most professional. I never even bothered to get a second opinion. Every time I'm here, the whole staff literally goes out of their way to make each patient here feel like they are the only one being seen. If I didn't have to have them for only two years, we would have many more appointments, but I think we will definitely stay in touch. more

My daughter was made fun of and was casted away by children her age and also taunted daily the day she entered grade school. This was all done becuase she had bottle cap glasses, yellow crooked teeth. Her slef esteem was extremely low. She is and was a child with so much to give and has a heart of gold she is gifted with the ability to play guitar, paino and drums since she was 6-years. She has so many attriubtes that would take too long to list. She was is a very loving girl , everyone of those kids who made fun of her and made her cry everyday , they today are now her friends or are sorry for what they have done, for treating her so cruely. She never held a grudge against them. Anyhow , we were reffered to Dr.Heinrich(The Absolute Best Orthodontist in Nevada!)His credentials alone speak for themself. he has been treating my daughter for approximatly a year now and it has changed her life. All her past she and i were treated horribly by other orthos, but Dr.Heinrich and his awesome staff greated us with respect and kindness from day one. I could never afford braces for my daughter , not to mention,I do not appear high class but he treated us like kings, and hasnt changed. He has never charged a dime, he does this out of the kindness of his heart. Dr. Heinrich is a godsent and we are forever greatful for his sincer generosity. My daighter, who by the way wouldnt talk or smile with her mouth open and had very few friends was just recently voted Homecomming QUenn of Laughlin High School . I believe this is a direct result of his work, he has raised her self esteem. Her outlook on life has just complelty soon to have transformed for the good. My daughter has recieved mant rewards since, I,E- Team spirit , student of the year, has also had the oppourtunity to represent the United Stated for Cross Country in Austrailia for Down Under Sports. She attributes everything to first of all God and and Dr.Henirich as do I. He also does the work gradually and proplery as to keep her mouth conture Beautful as it is , it will take longer for this process but he does not rush just to get the job done, he cares. Dr. Heinrich and the staff he employs are wonderful! Truly extraordinary! I enjoy every visit as much as the one prior and look forward to the next. I never imagined the orthodontic experience could be so great. The fun and friendly atmosphere is top notch! Dr. Heinrich's skills have made such a huge impact on me as well as my self esteem. I researched orthodontists in the areas and have had consults with several in town and finally I decided to go with Dr. Heinrich. This doctor was the only doctor who knew techniques where the other doctors just wanted to pull out teeth... I was so impressed with his knowledge I would gladly talk to anyone on this subject because I took the time to research the area for a good Orthodontist. The whole team listened to my needs and concerns and created a plan for my teeth. I am so pleased with the care and knowledge they expressed at this office. The outcome of my teeth after braces excellent!! I work in a high end corporate gaming industry where your appearance matters. I don't like people touching my teeth at all but this was such a pleasant experience, they made me relax in such a good knowledgeable environment. My experience at Nevada Orthodontics has been wonderful! In my opinion, Dr. Heinrich is a highly knowledgeable and very patient orthodontist. He takes his time explaining procedures and he makes sure that I am comfortable during each and every visit. In addition, the ladies in the office continue to exemplify the meaning of exceptional service. They have always been receptive to me whether in person or over the phone. Since being a patient over the last couple of years, I can honestly say that am pleased with my overall results! I went to NV Orthodontic Care for invisalign 2 years ago, and since then it has been nothing but incompetence and hassles. I never saw the doctor that I met when when I first chose to go to NV OC after the first consultation, and instead I was passed between 3 doctors over my treament, one of which had no social skills whatsoever. He didn't even introduce himself to me before he put his hands in my mouth, and on multiple occasions he was rude and I chose to go to a location further away just so that I wouldn't have him again. When another doctor was filing between my teeth to make space for the movement, he filed a deep cut in the middle of the tooth, which I later had to have bonded by another dentist. I also had to get the initial impressions for the invisalign done 3 times, each taking hours of my time, before they were finally correct. By the end of my treatment they were very understaffed, and much of the work was being done by dental assistants. One of them was so incompetent that when she made my final retainers, she made two for my bottom teeth and none for my top teeth. Today I had an appointment to pick up the 2nd set of the final retainers and the same receptionist that made my appointment told me that she forgot to bring them, so I have to reschedule the appointment again. Very disappointed with the service and professionalism of NV Orthodontic Care, and although they were cheaper than other invisalign providers in the area, it was not worth the savings at all. more
