The phone service is reliable. Customer service lacks individualized attention. They fail to recognize a reliable customer's record of on time payments when allowing no more than $55.00/month of long distance charges to accumulate before cutting off long distance service and demanding payment. They did suspended my long distance service for this $55.00 rule without recognizing that the bill had in fact been paid in full and that there was no outstanding balance. They have also been slow in the past to add service to newly designated area codes. Customer service personnel , who admittedly often have a thankless job, are defensive and condescending in tone of voice when addressing service concerns. They do rectify concerns when validated, but continue to keep an ""authoratative"" position.
