I went to see Dr. Grady in November of 2008 & ordered contacts through his office. I did not receive my contacts until FOUR MONTHS LATER! I called his office several times & tried to get an answer as to why it was taking so long & was always told they would call me back. Finally I got my contacts in March of 2009 & as I was driving back to work, I noticed that one box out of the 6 was an entirely different prescription. I turned around & drove back to his office & talked to the office manager. She took back 2 of the boxes of my contacts & I was told that she would ask another lady in the office about the situation & she would call me back. I've never heard from them since & I'm out 2 boxes of contacts. I finally gave up working with them & I will NEVER go back there. I will go to Wal-Mart or Sams Club in the future & get my contacts or glasses in a timely manner. This was the worst place I've ever been to in my life.
Cons: Took 4 months to get my contacts & they had horrible service
