My ex-husband and I was trying to file for a divorce. We were told by his friend that this is a good place to go to, but it was not. They prepped our documents for us and we notarized everything. We did not hear from them for SEVEN MONTHS and when they actually submitted it, it did not go through. They were going to charge my ex-husband again but it was THEIR FAULT! A month after that happened, I e-mailed them for a confirmation of the process and the boss there e-mailed me back saying he will be shredding my papers! The next day, he e-mailed our documents to us again and said that we are on our own when my ex-husband paid him to do everything for us. They are rude and unprofessional. PLEASE save your money and go elsewhere! They do not send you the documents or care to keep in touch with you. They do not treat you with respect and I don't want anyone to go through what I went through!!! more

I got the forms that I needed but I did not appreciate the condescending tone of the person helping me. He was rude and forceful. I would recommend going through another company. Pros: Got the forms I wanted Cons: Horrible customer service more
