The customer service at Nettouch Consulting is good, so whenever you have downtime or a problem they handle it and get the parts. Our server's down time is very short and they do our workstations, our mail server, our on site cameras, offsite workstations and offsite computing from a jobsite standpoint. I have been using them maybe 6 or 8 years and they entertain any idea we want to do and they do it well. more

10 years of great, knowledgeable service 6/21/2012

Working with Nettouch Consulting has been an entirely positive experience. They are managing my website, and they have serviced all my computers (and they are still running which is great). They are currently updating my website and I am hoping this will bring more traffic and make it even more user-friendly. I have been using them 10 years, and they are great. more

I've been with Nettouch Consulting for a good 20 years now, if not close to 20. Overall, it's been a great experience. I've always been able to get help when I need help. They can come on site or work remotely from their location. They take great care, are easy to talk to and understand, and explain what they're doing. They're a good source for us. Again, it's been almost 20 years working with them, and I get lots of emails from people wanting to get my business. I'm confident in them and like their work, so we look forward to continuing our work with them. more

Nettouch Consulting was there before I started working with my company. Nettouch Consulting is very knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough with the information they provide. They'll go out of their way to look into a problem to fix it! more
