Jose and Jerry were on time each day, did the work with as little disruption as possible and cleaned up after each day. They were both courteous and answered all questions we had. Jerry explained the use of the equipment and patiently went over it twice. They were both a pleasure to work with. more

Top Notch Service from N.E.T.R 4/6/2017

James was very professional, knowledgeable, and sociable. He went through our entire system for its maintenance checkup. He wore booties on his shoes so not to dirty the carpets (big plus!). The price was reasonable for the checkup and we know that keeping up the maintenance will help keep everything working when we need it. As long as we have our system we will continue to have it maintained by N.E.T.R and James. more
