I took my jeans into Ness Alterations to have the hem taken up a little. When I got my jeans back, they were hemmed too short. I took the jeans back (after the 3 day grace period) and was told that I would be charged an additional $13.00 to fix the hem. I was told to come back on Saturday (2 days later) between the hours of 12-4 to pick up my jeans. I went at 12:40 p.m. and it was closed! I needed my jeans for an upcoming trip and Ness Alterations is closed Sunday and Monday, so that Saturday was my only time to pick them up. I went home, called and left a message. A half hour later, I received a call back saying that they were open and ready for me to pick up my pants. I got in my car, traveled all the way back to the place, only to discover that it was closed again! I had to wait an additional 10 minutes until she came back to the shop.
My jeans are now hemmed correctly, but it was not worth the total of $23.00 and 5 trips to the store.
