Let me preface all of this by saying that we have had terrible experiences with other local dealers in the past so we were a bit leery of going into the dealership to look for a new car. However, we just bought a new Mazda 3 with them and loved the experience. They are the best dealership in town, hands down. \r
\r
We came in to look and test drive cars several times before finally buying, and at no time were they pushy. We worked with the same salesperson throughout the entire process and he was very conscientious of our needs and also of helping us to get the best price possible. \r
\r
On our first visit, we met one of the owners of the dealership and were very impressed by his attentiveness. The second time we came to the dealership he remembered our names and a story we had told him during our first visit. This showed us that he saw us as people, not just dollar signs. \r
\r
Everyone at this dealership knows how to put you at ease and make the car buying experience as simple as possible. We did our homework with pricing and comparisons and were able to get them to agree to our offer--which was about $6,000 below the msrp. \r
\r
We also had a trade in with 200,000 miles and they gave us $1,200 for it because the owner has a friend who buys old cars for parts. At Carmax, their offer to buy was $0. They basically said they would take it off our hands so we didn't have a junker sitting in the driveway. \r
\r
All of this said, we knew our credit score going in and therefore had no surprises when it came to financing. Anyone who has not done their homework first shouldn't complain about getting screwed on financing or car price. Buying a car is not like switching toothpaste brands. It's an investment that requires time and research. \r
\r
I definitely recommend this dealership and will continue to buy cars from them in the future. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.
Pros: Friendly salespeople, not pushy, financing fast and easy
