Dr. Lisa Lunde is our Vet and she is remarkable! She really goes out of her way to help her clients. My female who was ready to give birth ran off in the woods and hid. I called Dr. Lunde to ask her what to do... She showed up at my house shortly after and helped me rescue my dog who was hiding. Now, that's an incredible and compassionate Vet! We love her. more

Two years ago we took our Springer to Glen Lake Animal Hospital as she was not feeling well. I explained to the female doctor that she had a history of bladder and urinary tract infections.\r \r The doctor did not think the dog's illness was related to the bladder and said they needed to run a number of blood tests. They kept our dog for the afternoon and I received a call. They had run the tests and the last test they performed was urine and she had a raging bladder infection. Of course, we were charged for all of the tests - almost $600.00\r \r If the Dr. would have listened to her history and looked at her chart I would not have been out $600.00. A simple urine test and office visit would have taken care of it. It seemed the tests were run to generate money. Owners are with their animals 24 hours and know their behaviors, what has worked in the past, etc. - the doctors need to listen and not just run tests.\r \r We never returned and will never refer them to others. more

We've been taking our two cats to this vet since we got them. The office is cozy without being too crowded for all the animals that come in, and the vets and assistants there have been able to coax all sorts of pills and shots into our cats that we never would have thought possible without a serious maiming of the vet. more
