Excellent Care! 4/18/2011

I love Nelson Chiropractic! I injured my back playing on the waves of Maui so badly that I was unable to work as a toddler teacher. I went to Nelson Chiropractic thinking he was going to come in and just step and push and crack my back all old school and without much to go on except that I said it hurt alot. Not the case at all! He took time to run some tests, take x-rays, and then create a plan to put me back together. Even after the first session, I had a substantial improvement in balance (something I thought I had just because I was clumsy!). I have been going for about six months and feel better than before I even injured my back. I was also armed with knowledge and information about how to take care better care of my spine. I was impressed by the professionalism of the team and the family-friendly atmosphere. They do whatever they can to make sure that you are able to finish your treatment, including working with your schedule, your budget, and your comfort level. I am absolutely happy with Nelson Chiropractic and would recommend it to anyone! more

Chiropractic saved my back! 1/23/2011

I started using chiropractic services 15 years ago when I was rushed into emergency with severe back spasms. I have never had it again due to my continued efforts with these services. When I moved to this area, I immediately went looking for a doctor who uses the Activator method of chiropractic and have been going to Dr. Nelson for about 4 years about every 6-8 weeks. The office has friendly and knowledgeable service. Extremely nice staff and Dr. Nelson KNOWS what he is doing and cares about your well being. If you aren't a believer in chiropractic services...I think you should try it, you might be surprised..and if you do decide to try it, then try Nelson Chiropractic! more

I have been going to Dr. Curtis Nelson for many years. The reasons I keep going back are many. Not only is the staff friendly and helpfull but I always walk out feeling so much better than when I walked in. Its painless and easy. I recommend Nelson Chiropratic to all of my family and friends. Effective treatment from a great chiropractor 3/31/2010

I've been going to Dr. Nelson now for about 2 years and have been very pleased with the results. Before going to him, I had a number of aches and pains primarily in the neck and back which have greatly improved since being treated by Dr. Nelson. I mostly go now just for regular maintenance checkups. Dr. Nelson is thorough in his examinations and can quickly pinpoint problem areas. He and his staff are always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Nelson for his chiropractic services. more

Feeling good in no time! 3/11/2010

I have been seeing Dr. Nelson for about 7 years. He is no nonsense and to the point. His main goal is to get you feeling better as quick as possible. He does not over-treat. He specializes in the Activator method which is much less invasive to the body ie: manual manipulations which is the main reason I picked Nelson Chiropractic. more

Fantastic chiropractor! 3/8/2010

I've been seeing Dr. Nelson for about four months now for a severe neck injury induced by my poor computing habits as a technical worker. I came in with no movement in my neck (spinal inflammation). Today, I have most (if not all) of my movement restored and I feel great! I've found the staff to be quite friendly and they do a great job of keeping Dr. Nelson on track with his appointments.In fact, I can only recall one visit In more than two dozen visits were there was more than a 10 minute wait. Besides the great chiropractic treatment, I believe folks will appreciate Dr. Nelson's whole life prescriptive health methodology. I've had many interesting discussions on heath related issues (not just chiropractic care) and I always find myself learning something new. Best of all, I've never felt hurried or rushed through last someone at a fast food line. Dr. Nelson takes the time to discuss to your level of satisfaction any questions you might have. Dr Nelson and staff are very professional and congenial. The office has a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. I feel GREAT! 3/4/2010

I have had back and neck problems from an auto accident for years. The problem with most chiropracters was that I felt like they were about to break my neck when adjusting it! Dr. Nelson uses the Activator method which is painless, with no popping or cracking involved, so no worrying about my neck being broken! I highly recommend him to anyone who wakes up stiff and sore or has problems sleeping do to back or neck pain! Pros: Can usually work around my hectic schedule! Cons: He isn't in Monroe... But well worth the drive! more

I always feel better 2/22/2010

Dr. Nelson has been my chiropractor for many years. I find his treatment to be very effective . I usually just go in for a tune-up, but sometimes I go in for a specific pain. Either way, I enjoy the adjustments and I feel better afterwards. I may be moving away soon, and I don't look forward to finding a new chiropractor. Oh, What A Relief! 2/11/2010

I've had chronic back problems for more years than I care to mention. I usually went to sports medicine doctors for treatment. Recently, I re-aggravated an old back injury while mowing the lawn. I was in severe pain! Luckily, I found Dr. Nelson with his Activator system. HIs diagnosis was professional and precise. His staff was warm and welcoming as was his facility. I was amazed at the relief from pain just after one treatment. I'm now working with Dr. Nelson to strengthen and stabilize my back. I haven't felt this good in years. Thanks, Doc, you're the best! I went to Dr. Nelson for a lower back problem. I wasn't able to stand up straight. After the first visit I felt relief. After just a couple of more visits I was back to normal. Pros: Knew exactly how to fix problem more

Most Thorough Chiroprator I have ever been too. 1/25/2010

Dr Nelson provided me with a dedicated time slot for my very thorough initial examination. There were no interuptions or anything making me feel like I wasn't the most important patient at that time. It was a great comfortable experience for me. When the intial examination was complete he helped me put together a care plan that fit my schedule and my budget. Influential family-friendly practice 12/9/2009

I've been a patient of Dr. Nelson for many years and can't really think that I'd ever not be a patient. He's not only addressed issues that no other doctor has been able to address with my back pain, but he's helped point myself (and my family) in healthy directions to maintain our great outlook and take advantage of feeling ""really better"". We credit him (much to his chagrin) with our ability to finally have a child once my wife had her first adjustment. 16 years of trying, and then a visit with Dr. Nelson. Best chiropractor I've been to 11/12/2009

Dr Nelson is the best chiropractor I've visited in my 20 years of visiting them. His adjustments are very fast, yet very thorough. Adjustments are well targeted by almost exclusive use of the actuator, as opposed to the fist-under-back-followed-by-exhale-and-crush-you approach. Dr. Nelson doesn't hesitate to get an xray done (in the office, very handy) to get to the root of a problem. I've had too many chiropractors just guess their way through an issue, only to finally order an xray after a year of little progress. He's also fixed parts of my body that I didn't know chiropractors could help me out with (custom fit orthotics, and recently a very debilitating pain in my thumb). Wow! Dr. Nelson changed my life! 7/25/2009

Dr. Nelson has been fantastic, when I'm at the office I don't feel like a stranger and the treatment process has proven to be quite effective. Over the past five months or so the adjustments I've recieved from Dr. Nelson have helped improve my quality of life exponentially. I no longer focus my energy and thoughts on the back pain that ruined my days (and nights).
