It was very refreshing and helped our home buying nerves.Having used home inspectors in the past, you never know who or what you’re going to get. This is definitely not the case here. This company has to be one of the most professionally run home service businesses I have ever come across. I had not heard of them prior to my agent referring the company, but I am glad she did. \r Jess was our inspector, and he was not only informative and knowledgeable, but one of the nicest people I have met. Genuine, straight forward, not beating around the bush and even showing how to properly maintain and become more efficient in the house. This was worth every penny of the price (best money you could ever pay for peace of mind) since this is a major investment and the last thing we wanted was surprises. Jess even gave us his cell phone for any further questions. In all a great experience and we are glad we used this company. The report was impressive. Highly recommended!\r more

Excellent communication skills. Detail oriented and very thorough. The report was very helpful in negotiating the defects and problems with the seller. The inspector carefully explained the report and was helpful in making sure I understood the seriousness and significance of the defects. A very pleasant experience. Price was very competitive. more
