I loved it here! The atmosphere is so welcoming with gorgeous flowers and the flowers are really fresh. I just purchased a Christmas tree for an extremely reasonable price after shopping around at a lot of other places. I also got a bunch of great decorations. Highly recommended! Thank you! :) more

I was out of town; she was at our place in Williamsburg. The roses were delivered on short notice, on time, and they were stunning -- truly stunning -- in a beautiful arrangement that was so much more than it had to be. It's one thing to be satisfied. I am always stumped when it is time to buy flowers in New Yorkn and the bodega arrangements just won't do. \r \r A good friend of mine recently walked away from a toxic work relationship to build her own company with a fellow colleague. \r \r To celebrate this courageous act and what I suspect will be many more corageous acts, I needed some knockout flowers. \r \r I looked up florists in Brooklyn and this place popped up. It was already 6:30pm on a Thursday night and I wanted the flowers delivered the same day. At first I was worried. The woman speaking to me on the phone, while sweet, had to jump off the phone a few times to clarify something for an ederly customer. I wondered if this place had it's act together. It did. \r \r Not only did the woman who took my order answer all of my questions, promise that it would be delivered the same day, and tell me her name and that she would be personally arranging the flowers, she offered to send me a picture via text so I could see the flowers. \r \r I could not have been more pleased. A $65 orchid arrangemnet was a STUNNER. So beautiful! My friend was floored. \r \r This place is stored in my phone. When I want to impress, this is where I'm going! \r \r more

A dear friend in NY passed away & I couldn't make the trip to his funeral so I selected an arrangement I found on FTD...they called within minutes to tell me that I placed my order past the cut-off & they couldn't fulfill my order! Via Google I found Nelly's Flower Shop & Katyna came to the rescue! 1st, she was very friendly, helpful & pleasant to speak to. 2nd, she talked me thru the variety of floral options I had for an ideal arrangement. Lastly, after emailing her a pic of what I had originally wanted she made some suggestions & then proceeded to WOW me with picture texts of the finished product before delivery! Needless to say that although I wasn't there in person my sentiments & sympathies were relayed in the form of an amazing floral basket that completely EXCEEDED my expectations! Amazing place to get the freshest flowers, originally I wasn't sure on the flower arrangement that I wanted for my fiance but the staff at the shop helped me pick the best flowers that my fiancee absolutely loved the flowers, and when the girl rang up the bill I was so surprised on how affordable the shop was. At first, I had no idea what I wanted. I walked in there with no idea of what would be the perfect arrangement for a birthday. After browsing around, the girl in the front of the store offered her advice. She inquired about what I wanted the flowers for and then proceeded to indicate what the best sellers are. She explained the different flowers that I could put into the arrangement and it turned out great. She was very knowlegable. Thank you. It is such a cute mom and pop shop in the Williamsburg area. They do great arrangements for a great price? all the arrangements you see in big Manhattan florist and in all these web sights, they do but for a fraction of the price? I live 3 blocks away, and always use them for my flower needs?pulse there the biggest green house in Williamsburg and have so much plants? everything seems to grow in Brooklyn when your in Nelly?s flower shop?.. Really large selesction of cut flowers and Plants .. You can create your own arrangement and have them hook it up with what ever you want..\r \r The prices at this flower shop are great and the service is excellent..
