Want to charge more $$ after agreed signed contract to do a local move. Lazy office management that doesn't return calls or do sight inspections prior. Movers were late every day ...

Last weekend I used Neighbors Moving and Storage for the first time. It was my second time ever moving so I didnt have any idea how to prepare. I called in and got a quote from Jeff Gold. He was very nice and helpful. He was attentive to what I needed, so he could offer me the knowledge that I didnt have. He also gave me advice on how to save money on packing and how to expedite the move as quickly as possible. The movers showed up on time, just like Jeff had promised. I was pleased with how well Jeffs tips worked. The move went flawlessly. The movers were experience and polite. It went really quick and my house looked put together when they left. I felt like I could settle in the same night. I would even recommend these guys to my mother with confidence they would treat her the same way they treated me. They have earned a lifetime customer. more

All three men were neatly and appropriately dressed. They were very careful. I was impressed with how they managed to move a quickly as they did while still being careful. I believe the correct adjective to use is 'deft'. more

They just relocated us from Orlando to Miami Florida. They did an excellent job. To start the guys were on time, they delivered, and they did their packing correctly and I'm so happy. I wanted to give Andrew Mitchell a congratulations for taking over my job and making sure everything was fine, thank you bye bye. more

I could not have asked for a better relocation experience. 1/14/2011

The only reason they were late to the job was because the truck was stopped for a D.O.T. inspection between Colorado Springs and Denver. I was promised a two man crew, I got three at no extra cost. From arrival to finishing the move to my apartment took only two hours. At both places they had one flight of stairs and never a complaint. I could not have asked for a better relocation experience. more

I just wanted to say "a big thank-you" for the move and the movers help! They wrapped everything up sooooooooo good with not even a scratch on even one piece of furniture! They were awesome! Let Colby and Vance know as well! Merry Christmas more

When we make the move back into the building in about 4 months it would be great to have the same crew. more

Big Difference 12/9/2010

I have now been in the apartment for 6 days, and I am completely unpacked and enjoying my space. Your guys, David and Tyler were very nice men and expeditious. They were even very tolerant of my chit-chat about the furniture they were moving (of course, it has a story! smiles)... Anyway, many thanks for all your assistance, especially on the timing of my move. It all made a big difference. Best wishes ! more

I am so glad to give feedback on our wonderful experience with Neighbors Moving! On September 7 my 19 year old daughter was required to be moved out of her first ever apt by 6pm. Friends had helped her move to her new apt the day before. At 2:30 pm the 7th, my daughter phoned me in a panic, saying the friends were not able to fit a remaining couch and double bed and mattress in their van. These items were to go to her grandmothers garage that afternoon. I frantically got online and found excellent reviews about Neighbors. I called and Eric was very kind and helpful . Eric was able to arrange movers to arrive at my daughters apt in 2 hours! The movers were on time and professional. They carefully loaded the items and transported them. My elderly mother was impressed by how pleasant and organized the movers were as they delivered the furniture. more

They called and asked if they could come early. They were in-and-out and very careful with my items. Nothing was damaged and they were very professional. I would definitely use them again. more
