Great concept to serve a little more upscale food in a movie setting; loved that you got a pager and a drink before we watched our flick. However, it was 30 minutes before the food came out and I went to check and since the previews were over. A young waiter looked at my pager number to see where it was in the queue. The ""chef"" turned around and unleashed on me (mind you, I never said a word to him.) He said ""That's why you get the pager -- so you go in the theatre and WAIT for your food. Didn't they tell you it was going to take longer?"" I was shocked and so were the other patrons around me. The nice manager bought us another drink and gave us 2 for 1 coupons, but I certainly hope I don't run into that frustrated chef who should get out of Neighborhood Flix kitchen if he can't take the heat and go back to Red Robin where he belongs. \r

Food was good - not great, but not concession stand food by any means. Would definitely return as I love the concept. All the other staff member except the chef were very courteous and helpful.
