I had the opportunity to be provided a dental service at the facility and wanted to share my experience.
Every employee in the office at the Bowie site on Highbridge Road was far above average. They all demonstrated a character CARE. Dr. Thomas gave me the best attention & service. She far exceeded my expectations. To give a brief summary her service met the aspects of what i consider care in the acronym of C.A.R.E. COURTESY in every step she performed, ATTENTION TO DETAIL is a powerful character she displays. RESPONSE TO THE PATIENT, whatever I asked or needed there was no resistance or hesitation. ENGAGED, she has a strong tenacity to focus and create an environment that allowed me to trust & feel comfortable. And of course with my R.C.T. procedure I had "NO PAIN" !!
