Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning

I was so impressed with Ned Stevens. They answered the phone on a Sunday, came the next day (today), cleaned my gutters, and my property was spotless. I sent them an e-mail thanking them and they called me 13 minutes later to say 'you're welcome.' Perfect job. Finally I found a great gutter cleaner. Pros: Fast service, work 7 days, nice guys, CLEAN PROPERTY!! Cons: ??? And I swear I am usually difficult. more

I would not recommend Ned Stevens to anyone who doesn't want to throw their money away. They came to clean my gutters and were there for less than 10 minutes although my house is two stories. They only used a ladder on the front gutters, and totally ignored the back gutters. When I called up to complain, their representatives told me that they would send someone out to check on it and if necessary, clean the back gutters, and they would leave me a note that they were there. No note was left, and I never saw them again. When someone from the company called to see why I hadn't yet paid my bill, I told him I was STILL waiting for someone to come back to do the job correctly. He insisted that they had come although they didn't leave a note, invoice, or bag of leaves, but he couldn't tell me WHEN they had come. \r \r I have had my gutters cleaned by several different companies in the past and have never had a problem with any of them prior to this.
