The doctors at Nebraska Orthopaedic & Sports Medicine are good, qualified professionals. They can probably fix just about every injury their patients come in with.
However, their customer service leaves something to be desired. I once had a broken finger and an arm injury at the same time, and I was told that I needed to make two separate appointments because the doctor would not look at both injuries during the same day. Feeling like my broken finger needed the most immediate attention, I made an appointment for the finger and went elsewhere for my arm.
In addition, the waiting room is ridiculous. I had to fill out various papers at a variety of desks before being admitted, at which point I was given a little buzzer like when you're waiting for a table at a restaurant. I felt like a number rather than a patient.
I will not be going back to Nebraska Orthopaedic and Sports Medicine, but I do not have any complaints about the actual physician-work.
