Prompt, Respectful, Honest, Highly Recommend! 11/13/2018

The previous homeowner recommended Nebraska Home Appliance and I have used them a few times. I have always been pleased with their work. Their workers are experienced, on time, courteous and pleasant to deal with. They took great care wearing booties in my home and replacing anything they moved back where it belonged. They are honest and forthcoming If something can be salvaged they go over the options with you instead of prompting you to make an unnecessary purchase. I would definitely recommend Nebraska Home Appliance! more

Responsive! 10/30/2018

Repairs on appliances can be expensive these days but at least Nebraska Home Appliance is responsive when I have a problem. They've been out twice to repair my dual oven. The replacement components weren't cheap to begin with and then they marked them up even more for my repair. But, if I need something done, they're always the ones to show up. Most times, they bring along a trainee also, so I end up with two service people in my house. In the end, Nebraska Home Appliance gets the job done. more

Dryer Repair 10/2/2018

Outstanding customer service and professionalism from the first call for an appointment to the job completion. Excellent work by Derek and his apprentice, Tanner. They were knowledgeable and extremely courteous, even covered their shoes and cleaned up beautifully afterwards. I appreciated the email updates and the picture of the technician before his arrival! I cannot recommend NE Appliance enough. They are great! more

Quick and Have the Selection You Want 8/1/2018

I have been working with Nebraska Home Appliance for many years now. I manage many rental properties and I have purchased mostly refrigerators through them. They have the selection you want and good prices. They are quick and their staff is professional and friendly. I have been satisfied with their products and I would recommend them to others. more

Excellent service 6/19/2018

I was very pleased with the service from Nebraska Home Appliance. They came out a day early as they were ahead of schedule which I really appreciated. They were great to work with and our tech Derek, was very knowledgeable. He took time to explain things and went the extra mile for us. I will be calling NHA for all my appliance service needs from here on out! Thanks much!! more

Fridge& freezer not cooling properly 5/1/2018

Our 5 year old Samsung fridge was not cooling at the correct temp and the freezer also had the same issue. I was impressed with how professional this company was over the phone and the service tech Darrin was honest and efficient! I highly recommend NE Home Appliance to anyone in need of service! They are honest and competitive on pricing! more
