Moved into my house and had my carpets cleaned (thought I would have had to thrown them away) but Neal's Carpet & Upholstery did great job and my carpets are well cleaned like new and smell fresh and clean. more

I can`t believe the difference Neal's Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning have made to my Mum`s carpets and rugs. They had many stains on them, some years old and more recently a large coffee stain right in the middle of the carpet. Like new now, is how I would describe them and a delightful fragrance now is in evidence. The crew was punctual, moved all the difficult furniture and very helpful with advice. I would have no hesitation in recommending Neal's Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning in Pensacola. more

Carpet was cleaned as quoted. Only thing was that the carpet took much longer to dry than quoted. I will be recommending Neal's Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning to family and friends. Money well spent. more

Neal's Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning did an excellent job and was very courteous. The crew was very caring and professional. Our carpets look like new & they had not been cleaned for years. They did not rush as other cleaners have done, but took about 4 hours and the final result was amazing. To top it all off, the cost was extremely pleasing! more

Upholstery Cleaning 7/16/2013

We`ve used a different company for a couple of mouths. Went out of business or their phone got disconnected. We found Neal's Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning on google and had them come out. They got our carpets cleaner than they have ever come before. They had really quality equipment. They also gave us a good quote to do our tile and grout and we will probably have them come do that soon. more
