Driving a friend's motor home I broke down on HWY 37 on vacation hundreds of miles from home. From Jordan the tow driver to JT the service manager to Dan the guy who fixed my rig . . . they all went above and way beyond to get back on the road. They even called another customer to ask if they could put off their repair till the next day so they could help me out. That other customer saved they day as well. I live 4 hours away from Novato but I hope you locals reward companies like this one that delivers the highest quality customer care I've ever seen. I can't say enough. Thanks NAVES!!! more

Originally, I started using NAVE Motors because they were located right by my work. After my first experience with NAVE, I loved them, which is why I have continued to use them for the last 10 years. They are super nice, reasonable, and very professional. Being a woman, I appreciate that they are upfront and honest with me and I don't feel that I'm being ripped off. They do not try to sell you more than you need, like some shops do. They don't try to gouge you. NAVE Motors has worked on multiple cars for me and done everything from tune-ups to bodywork. I have gone to NAVE Motors for 20 years, and they are totally trustworthy. I have a car in there right now, the transmission stopped working, and I know that I can trust them to honestly assess the work so that it costs me the least amount of money. They identified the problem as a broken hose, so I will be paying less than at another shop where they probably would have wanted to replace more and add more work. I love that I can totally trust their honesty. They treat me as though I am part of the family. The quality of their work is excellent, and they stand by it. If there is a problem I can bring it back, though I honestly can't recall there ever having been a problem. Sometimes I bring a car in and Matt or JT look at it and tell me not to bother with anything, that it is a minor issue that can be ignored. Other shops would have me paying for fixes I don't need. I can't say enough about their honesty and how I trust them. They have proven themselves over and over, and I have 20 years experience with them. I have lived in this town for 6 years. When I first moved into the area I needed work on my car. I lucked out and ended up at NAVE Motors. I saw their sign and went in. I feel so blessed to have found them, and I have gone there ever since. We have 3 cars they have taken care of, imported and American. The service is wonderful and the price is fair. The people are really awesome and are fun. NAVE Motors gives great recommendation, like when I should change my tires, or how much time I can wait before a repair is absolutely necessary. The hardest thing, especially as a women, is being able to trust you are not being taken for a ride. I don't know who is ripping me off, and I don't want to have to shop around and go to 5 places every time. I am able to go to NAVE and trust them. When I first started going there, I did call another shop to check prices, and it was about the same price. It is competitive pricing. I know they are always giving me a really honest answer. I especially know JT and Matt, but they are all hard workers. I can't say enough about them. It is an A plus shop all the way around. more

They take care of our fleet, as I like to call it. We have an 1989 Winnebago Class A motor home, a 2006 Scion, a 1996 Suzuki Side Kick, a 1969 classic Cadillac convertible, and a 1971 240Z. NAVE Motors has done extensive work on all our vehicles, and our previous vehicles as well. The only thing they haven't worked on is our boat. We have been using them for the past 15 or 20 years. They are honest, and community-based oriented. Novato is still a town in a way, and they are part of the community. They have a good background. You can trust them and work with them. more
