I've been going to Nature's Spa and Wellness for about a year, even though I was reluctant at first (guys don't go to spas, right? wrong!). I am 40 years old and a very competitive athlete, and I've seen huge improvements in my performance over the past year. I give much of the credit to the staff at Nature's. One of the most important elements in preparing for competition is the recovery phase after a period of very difficult workouts. The muscles get tight, the lactic acid builds up, and you just feel worn down after a while. The muscles have to be allowed to recover after being worked so hard, and it's not just a matter of taking a day off here and there. It's a matter of working with professionals like those at Nature's Spa and letting them accelerate and enhance your recovery, realeasing all of the tension in your muscles and flushing the body of the lactic acid. This makes the next phase of workouts so much more productive because I feel great and therefore am able to push myself out of my comfort zone to the next level of fitness. I go to Nature's Spa and Wellness once every two weeks, which is the perfect amount for me. The prices are very reasonable, especially in light of the benefit that is received. And that's the true test of value - are you getting what you pay for? At Nature's Spa, you truly get top value, no doubt about it. Besides that, Joy and the rest of her staff are very pleasant, upbeat, and a lot of fun to be around. In summary, I would recommend Nature's Spa and Wellness to anyone, whether a competitive athlete or not, who is interested in feeling better and achieving higher levels of fitness and wellness. Two thumbs up from this guy!
