I really love this company. They have been putting up by Christmas decorations for several years, and owners and workers have been so courteous and professional. I will be using them again this year. Everyone comments about how beautiful the decorations are. \r We talked about building a deck on the back of my house, and I want them to do the landscaping. I wish all companies could be so polite. more

early June 2012 - we wanted to do some entire yard landscape (trees, flowers, tiers and additional sprinkler system coverage to existing line). The owners created sketches and estimates. We quickly selected and almost two weeks went by with no action from the company and our numerous calls/messages went unanswered. We drove to their address and that place looks like it's vacant, deteriorated and no landscaping (odd!). \r \r The owner just showed up one day when we didn't schedule an appointment and thus we weren't home. ""She"" had plants from Lowes (stickers still on a small tree). Owner seemed disorganized and scattered and couldn't give us any direct answer to our design work, guarantee of work, etc. We wanted more from her side of the agreement, but she didn't produce paperwork.\r \r Our sprinkler system was less than 7 years old, but the owner tried to tell us it was at least 15 and needed extensive repairs before ""he"" could put in the new section for the new landscape. Not! We lived in our home 20 years and put the system in, we know! Scammers trying to overprice shabby work. (We noticed they had a work van that was rusted, faded and not maintained, bad presentation!)\r \r We told them to not continue! The man got mean, yelling and verbally foul. We had NOT signed any contract because they never gave us anything. We warned them to leave our property before we took further action as we walked into our house - goodbye.\r \r These people are unprofessional!\r \r more

Lazy, unprofessional and not worth the stress this company put us through. Something that should have been finished in a week, took 17 days. The worker would show up in the middle of the day, stay for 2 or 3 hours and leave. He never seemed to have the correct tools. I would never recommend this company to anyone, and as the previous person said, Rainmakers is owned and operated by thre same company. AVOID,AVOID, AVOID!! I wouldn't give this company any stars, but you have to to post a comment. more

Initially our experience started well with this company--for the first 2 days. The salesagent and co-owner said she had an architect's degree (unbelievable) and promised the work would be done in a timely fashion. It was not. The employees were vulgar, sloppy, and cut many many corners while mulching (cheapos!) and rebuilding my brick patio. We often saw them urinating in the farthest corners of our yard. When we spoke with them they simply shrugged. When we questioned the owners, she threatened legal action if we refused to pay--and all we wanted was a 5 day job finished on time, and we were already on week two. There are so many quality friendly landscaping companies in and around Columbus, choose this one at your own peril. Avoid its sister company--Rainmaker Lawn Sprinkler System as well. more
