I knew that I wanted the services of Naturally Clean Colon Care after I supported a friend as she went through the process for the first time. Observing one session convinced me that I needed to try it for myself. I imagined the waste that had built up in my body after many years. Since then, I have done eight once a week treatments. Each time I am blown away by how much was removed. What I imagined wasn’t close. Valerie explained that it is recommended to start with 12 sessions to reach deep to flush out the old caked in material. I plan to schedule my last series of four sessions soon. I had my first visit on Saturday and my second visit today. I definately recommend the cleansing process to anyone that cares about their internal and overall health. I have wanted to try colon hydrotherapy for a long time. Did a lot of research and was finally given 4 sessions as a gift from my daughter. So, this was my first cleanse and I recommend it to anyone. I went and had my colon hydrotherapy today and the experience was marvelous. I was slightly skeptical about having this done at first because i thought it would be painful. After speaking with Valerie, I knew this was something i had to do. She explained the entire process and benefits of the procedure. The process is mostly self driven. i was in the room alone for majority of the time, allowing the machine and gravity to do the work while i was in a calm relaxed state. Valerie would check on me and did a wonderful job of coaching me in the beginning before i got my body to fully relax. Dec. 12, 2010, I returned to the U.S. from a 5 month USG assignment in Tanzania. Unfortunately, I brought home two GI infections, one of which was a parasite. For two weeks, doctors had no idea what to do or how to treat me except over treat me with heavy medications and supplements. All of which caused SEVER bloating, constipation, break outs, psychosis...you name it, it happened. By the time I found Nautrally Clean Colon Care, I was at my end. With a distended belly, tons of burning and no ""movement"" in weeks (thanks to the parasite) I needed to find someone who could help me. Now, I have performed colon cleanses and enemas in my own home. But with 30lbs of weight loss, setting all that up was not a possibility. I e-mailed Ms. Valerie on a Saturday in January. By Tuesday she responded to my e-mail via a phone call. Professional and highly caring, she was attentive in that one conversation and she hadn't even seen my face.
