Glad to say things got squared away. Though there was confusion, the smoke has cleared. The prices are still some of the best around. Pros: Good Prices Cons: Just a little confusion more

In answer to faymartinne\r I am originally from Maine but moved to Ca. two years. Being on a fixerd income I could no longer afford the name brands I used to smoke being Winston and Marlboro. I don't know what your problem was or is but I found the store clerks extremely friendly and helpful. \r \r When I went to Palm Springs (60 from where I live in Twentynine Palms CA.) I told them of my plight. They recomended a number of brands. I was looking for flavor as well as a good price. I choose Seneca at $14.00 a carton. I have been smoking them now for the two years I have been here. \r \r Needless to say I could not afford to travel to Palm Springs every month so I started ordering them by phone. I place my order on a Tuesday morning around 9AM order my 10 cartons for the month(for my husband and myself) and I receive them on Wednesday around noon.\r \r You cannot ask for better service anywhere. I know I tried Blackhawk Tobacco and had the worst experience of my life. I quickly went back to Native American Store and won't leave again. \r \r Maybe next time you come to CA. from Mass. you should bring enough Cigeretts with you or go on the reservation and buy them.\r \r I give Native America Tobacco Store 5 Stars I would give them Ten if I could.\r \r A very satisfied customer. I live in Mass but was visiting Ca a few weeks ago. We looked up Native Made to find a good Native American Cigarette. What I found out was that this is not a Native American tobacco shop. Sure, they had some cigarettes that were sold on reservations, but they were also selling other brands. When I asked ""who was the Native American"" I was told, well no one! We just work here and the owners are never around. Then I tried some of the brands I am familiar with, and they were stale. The store was dark, and dirty, and the girl behind the counter did not seem to know what I was looking for. To say the least, I felt like I wasted my time to drive from Palm Desert, where we were staying, to visit a store that doesn't seem to want my business. Then the counter girl said, ""hey, we ship too"" and I thought ""great, thats something I really want to do with this bunch"" Not only would I not give 5 stars, they probably should only get 0.
