I agree with D.N. I LOVE Native Foods! My husband and I go to Native Foods at least once a week or more. We visit the location in Palm Desert the most often as that is the closest one to us. We wish they served the native fries in Palm Desert, too. The is always friendly and pleasant and the food is always flavorful and unique. I didn't know vegan food could be so delicious! Their pizzas, especially the Mama Mia, are full of flavor and the crust is crispy and delicious. We are impressed with the size of their bowl of soup, as this is large enough to be a meal in itself, or as an accompaniment to a shared appetizer. We don't miss the dairy or meat at all, and neither will you. more

My favorite restaurant 8/16/2005

I absolutely LOVE this restaurant! Native Foods is so good I converted my meat eating brother-in-law to vegetarian after bringing him there. Native foods combines the best ingredients to make their meals delicious! My favorite is the Bali Burger with a side order of native fries (chili fries), and an iced tea. The best vegan food this side of the Mississippi, as far as I'm concerned! more
