Nationwide Insurance

I dealt with April Williams at this agency. April was professional, courteous and friendly. Without being pushy she showed me what they could offer for a new car I was buying. I saved a ton of money from my previous insurance and was so happy with her that I also changed my home insurance which saved me money too. The surveyor that later came to the house to take photos and measurements knocked on my door and told me that he was outside doing this: finally a polite surveyor. \r I recommend this agency to anyone that needs insurance for a great experience. \r (by the way, I had a problem with the billing that April resolved quickly and efficiently ... they are not only interested in selling, but are good at customer service.) more

This agency has been my insurance for almost 2 years now. They have never been anything but helpful! It freaks me out that someone would write such a rude review as the one below, I have never had anything but professionalism from this agency whether I was talking directly to Agnesa or to another employer at their office. Agnesa is so Amazing! I was with progressive before I was referred to her by a co worker. I pay less and get more out of my insurance. She found so many discounts for me and told me I had more coming my way soon. She took care of everything for me. She is a total sweet heart!! more

Agnesa and the rest of the Bakhshyan Agency are always available to help. I have never had an agency sit down and line by line explain a policy to me. I was very ignorant to insurance and with Agnesa's help I am better educated, have a policy that was customized to my needs, and in the long run saves me money every month. Ghetto! This place was not only ghetto, but unprofessional... all they had time for was themselves and only wanted to talk when trying to get my money to give the boss lady bigger implants. This is just a ma and pop shop that will hopefully go away soon. Stay away, because they will sweet talk you in the beginning, but then dump you off on the side of the road when they realize that negotiations are going to get them a sad amount of commission. more

This Nationwide office the best by far! Your insurance is only as good as your agent! That is so dead on! Not only was the price great, the level of professionalism is outstanding. Agnesa, Frank, and Sam are the best at insurance everyone in that office know what there talking about and there is no run around. They give you what you want and give you advice now that's service! I am a very happy customer! If you come here you wont be disappointed! If your looking for insurance and there not the cheapest they find a way to help you even if there not signing you up the lead you and help you get to where you need to be. This is the only office I have been to, in Utah, that knows the inn's and outs of insurance, and the only place that cares for your business! Every 6 months I get checked up on and I enjoy that someone cares how I feel and am doing! I have been with State Farm Allstate and others, and its been the same!
