Worst

Does not return phone calls, cashed my check for the wrong amount, my check was for $291 and somehow they deposited it for $305, and it was a pain to get it straightened with them...

Great customer service!!!!!! Sells what you need and they make sure you understand what you are getting. They do not try to sell you more than you need or less then you need. I feel safe having them insure my home and auto. more

Not very professional 1/22/2008

Does not return phone calls, cashed my check for the wrong amount, my check was for $291 and somehow they deposited it for $305, and it was a pain to get it straightened with them and then I had to call my bank. Everything has been a hassell since I took out my policy, when my policy is up, I will move my business. more
