Brenda Hurley and Nationwide are both absolute crooks! We changed auto insurance because her prices were three times the price for full coverage with Erie insurance so we canceled our policy. We thought we cut ties with them until we started to get a bill in the mail and so we called Brenda Hurley who had no clue what was going on. She suggested we call the 1800 number, when we called the 1-800 number they finally explained that a paper was not filed and that we had to write another letter of cancellation. We were promised that the insurance was canceled and that we will be receiving a refund. We did receive a refund and then a few months later we received another bill from Nationwide. Once again Brenda Hurley, her team, and Nationwide dropped the ball and have no clue what’s going on. We finally thought we had everything settled and are now being told that because of a glitch in the computer system they over paid us in the refund check. Brenda Hurley still doesn't know what’s going on and the only thing she can tell us is to pay the balance or call the 1800 number again. Brenda I would go as far as saying a chronic pot user would have more of a clue about what’s going on around them then you ! Brenda you have been in business too long, god only knows how you made it this long with such piss poor customer service it’s time to retire and go out of business!!! Your father would not approve of your disgraceful business practices.
