After years with Farm Bareau and getting jerked arround some one referred me to Sam and he has went above and beond to help me. more

I'm not sure what happened to the person below me or the circumstances but when I was in the office, everyone was constantly busy either on the phone or on their computer. Maybe that guy didn't get his emails or they went to his Spam folder but I didn't have one issue with this agency. \r I recently located from Washington to Charleston with Boeing and was referred to this agency by multiple people, which told me something. I worked with an agent named TC who was quick to return all my emails and phone calls. He had my quotes back to me the same day on my house and 2 autos. \r I did try a couple independent agencies and only seemed to talk to non-personable staff members who were unwilling to help any further than they had to. I even think that McKay agency below me was one that I had called because that does sound familiar. I ended up going with the policies TC had quoted me and he was very helpful with telling me of different places to see and dine being that I was new in town. \r I highly recommend this agency seeing as everyone was friendly in the office. It seems like you can't go wrong with Sam Schirmer Agency. Pros: knowledgeable, friendly, went out of their way to help Cons: not one more

He quoted me some great home insurance, yet all I needed was renters for a few months while we looked for a home to buy. Well, he could only quote me some weird short term policy that totally sucked. I called him back 4 months later after we bought a house, and he said he would get right on a quote for us. I waited 3 weeks and never heard a word from him. After I sent several reminder emails, I still got no response. My advice is to run like the hill from this place. Don't listen to Bob. I have all of my insurance there and have had nothing but great customer service for the past 4 years. He obviously doesnt work with that many agencies or doesn't stay that busy if he has time to look up agencies on here and post bad and false comments about them. Lazy staff that "" dont "" follow thru? How about try using proper english. That "" doesn't follow thru"" I would def. recommend using Sam Schirmer Insurance Agency for any insurance needs you have.
