I worked for these guys and they don't care about the customer and as soon as they get all they can get from storm areas they close shop.\r The warranty is no good because you can never get a hold of them.\r They use many other company names.\r If you want to check them out google them and see all the bad reports from customers. My husband and I contracted with Pinnacle Roofing (also known as National Storm Management) back in June 2009. After several weeks we had no contact from them, so we called and they told us we were next - should be the first week of 08/09. Again the date came and went no contact. We called they blamed it on the weather, then they had staff turnover, then it would be 60 days until they could refund the $2600.00 deposit. Guess what it never happened. If you are considering doing business with these people please don't. They will take your money and run. We are in the process of bringing criminal charges and suing them. We are not alone. They have done this in other states such as Flordia. We have requested State Farm not take any more claims from this company! Please be wise.
