Our home inspector told us what his experience was, what he would be doing and how long it would take to inspect the home, and what he would charge. He invited us to join him for the inspection, which we did. He was on time for the appointment. He was thorough, professional, knowledgeable, curteous and friendly and went over his findings with us pointing out what he had discovered. He was prompt in providing us with his report which he emailed to us the same day of the inspection. He answered all of our questions and encouraged us to call him if we thought of any further questions later at any time. We were quite satisfied with his inspection and the way he treated us. I certainly would recommend him and NPI.
