We've been working with National Hole In One Association for over ten years. I have NEVER had a problem with them. If something was inaccurate, they immediately shipped new signage to me. We've had only one claim with them over the years, and that was paid immediately. They've covered insurance policies on short notice. Their staff has worked with me on many occasions and events. My company had been dealing with National Hole in One Association for about seven or eight years now. We put on 40-60 tournaments a year, so I definitely call them frequently. All of the folks I deal with are the nicest people. It's like working with family. They know who I am, and I know who they are. No matter what I need, no matter how short of a turnaround I request, they always come through. I don't think they've ever told me no, and this is even when I've called them with less than two days notice for something. If there is ever an issue, like something is not shipped properly, they are on top of it, and they get it to where it needs to be. Just this year, a claim was placed for the first time, and they processed it smoothly. Whenever we're about to put on a tournament, I just give them a call. I already know what information they need from me, so it's gotten to the point where I can just email them the information, and they automatically generate signs and policies for me. If I need to amend the policy with a change in the number of golfers or an added vehicle or anything, they respond back with the revised policy within twenty-four hours. It's been a fantastic experience. This is such a nice company to deal with. I couldn't ask for more. more

I'm a broker, so I place insurance for my client. They are a national organization that has events around the country. They do a lot of golfing tournaments. What they do is the contact me with the application for the event, which gives the location, number of participants, hole yardage, and what they're wanting to give away as a prize. I forward the information to National Hole In One Association and they turn it around pretty quickly and give me a quote. Then my client decides whether they'll go with the insurance or not. I have to admit that Hole In One makes it fairly effortless. I think this the third year that we've been working with them. It's a pretty easy process and they have pretty competitive prices. Their people are very easy to deal with as well. I haven't had any issues with them the whole time we've been working together. more

National Hole In One Association has been very responsive with the various uses for Hole In One insurance as well as with other high end shoot-outs. Recently we had an exotic one for the Dodgers for something related to baseball, so that worked out very well for my clients. I've been with their company for about ten years. Hole In One doesn't always provide insurance for one particular reason or another, but they've been very consistent in the services they do provide. They're competitively priced and reliable.
