My company had been dealing with National Hole in One Association for about seven or eight years now. We put on 40-60 tournaments a year, so I definitely call them frequently. All of the folks I deal with are the nicest people. It's like working with family. They know who I am, and I know who they are. No matter what I need, no matter how short of a turnaround I request, they always come through. I don't think they've ever told me no, and this is even when I've called them with less than two days notice for something. If there is ever an issue, like something is not shipped properly, they are on top of it, and they get it to where it needs to be. Just this year, a claim was placed for the first time, and they processed it smoothly. Whenever we're about to put on a tournament, I just give them a call. I already know what information they need from me, so it's gotten to the point where I can just email them the information, and they automatically generate signs and policies for me. If I need to amend the policy with a change in the number of golfers or an added vehicle or anything, they respond back with the revised policy within twenty-four hours. It's been a fantastic experience. This is such a nice company to deal with. I couldn't ask for more.
