National Garage Door Rpair

I needed someone to come out and fix my garage door because my HOA was threatening to fine me if it wasn't taken care of within 2 weeks time. I'm employed full time and a full time student with very limited time and income after calling around a few places I decided to go with John at this company. he gave me the best price and was able to show up and start the very next day. He arrived on time, started work immediately and when the parts that he needed were going to be delayed from the manufacturer he managed to make a quick business decision and take care of the situation and we ended up with a win, win situation. He also conducted a full inspection of the system and provided me with a warranty. I would definitely recommend this company. more

When we moved into our new house last year, the garage door was noisy and squealing and didn't work half the time. You'd press and press and press the button on the remote and after a dozen tries, suddenly the door would open. We thought the remote was dying. Well, Sean figured out what the real problem was. The remote antenna on the unit had been stuck inside the unit and was only getting intermittent signal from the remote. He also lubed up the hinges and put a special low temperature lube on the rail. The door is much quieter now. I was impressed with his expertise but even more impressed with his ethics. Before he found the covered antenna, he thought we were going to need a new unit with a new remote for around a hundred bucks and we'd already said that was fine. But he was too ethical to keep quiet and let us spend the money once he found the real problem. Also he spent time showing me how to maintain the door in best condition myself. I appreciated that. But hell, with guys as good, I'd rather just call them. more

Excellent service by mike. He notified me ahead of time of his eta an followed through by being on time. This is the second time mike has serviced a garage door for me. He is knowledgeable and takes the time to provide an explanation of what service he has provided. I would highly recommend this company and mike for any garage door service. more
