The contact that I was assigned was very difficult to work with. He was misleading when I was inquiring about their services. And the company isn't able to garnish wages in my state! I have used North American Recovery in the past, and wish I had stuck with them! more

PISSED OFF AT UNPROFESSIONAL GHETTO SERVICE 2/6/2012

If I could rate this a ZERO I would. First of all, I contacted this agency to pay off a settled account. Unfortunately I was able to speak with NICOLE FOSTER who was extremely ghetto and acted as though she worked for President Obama himself. I simply asked her was there a way I could make payment without paying an extra $15.00 to process it. She replies, ""So you can't afford to pay $15.00""? I advised her that if I couldn't afford it, I wouldn't be calling. However I am trying to pay off as much debt as possible and trying to save as much as I can. So then she suggests paying with check by phone. So I asked her if I could use a savings account and she says ""I don't know ma'am, do you want to pay or not"". I asked for a supervisor and she refused saying ""No you may not. You can talk to me or you can hang up and call later when you're ready to make a payment"". I called back and asked for supervisor just to get her illiterate ass again and she states ""LOOK! We are extremely busy and I don't have time to argue with you about a $15.00 charge. I refuse to even transfer you over to someone else to discuss something that is so small"". At that point I became ghetto. I have NEVER in my life spoke with someone that ignorant before. I will be filing a bigger complaint against her in hopes that she is demoted to a McDonalds janitor (DURING NON BUSINESS HOURS). To make a long story short I ended up having to hang up and call back and ask operator to connect me to a manager Mr. Barnes. He wasn't rude but could care less about my experience with NICOLE FOSTER. I'm still speechless at that. And if you notice, she never answered my question or even attempted to find out from someone else whether they could accept check by phone with savings account. SMDH more

I strongly suspect that the negative comments below are people who are just not happy that they owe money and the collection agency is simply doing its job. From experience, the former residents who complain about our collection agency are the same people who were over-the-top difficult to deal with when they lived at our property. more

Ghetto, unprofessional, Rude, annoying 9/27/2011

I received a call from this Company in regards to an account in my name for my daughter. However, when Issiah Roddy called me he was eating, so he was smacking in my ear. He gave me a total, but I couldnt understand him, and before i could ask again, how much? He went on and on about the penalties, overdue account, and so fourth, but never gave me a chance to ask the total again. So when I ask again, he replied by saying, ""I told you that the first time"", and I replied by saying, ""I didnt understand you in the first place, because you were eating"". He gave me the total and I hung up. He called back several times, and I didnt answer. This guy was horrible. more

Sad excuse for blatant unprofessional abuse 10/5/2010

In short, this company has called on multiple occasions to Harass, Bully, and Demean another employee of this company who is no longer with My branch. Though this does not stop them from calling and literally Yelling at me when I inform them of this, again and again. They call and get as childish and rude as possible, hang up when you respond, and will call Back to harass you more. And the language and etiquette they use on the phone is Exactly akin to that of an elementary school playground bully. They make demands, do not wait for responses, and sling Pointless, Empty threats at every chance. When asked to speak with a supervisor, we have been put on hold for long periods of time, just to be rerouted back to the offending agents own voicemail. My company and it's attorneys are looking into this, as well as getting employees from Multiple offices to contact the BBB about NCS. I would suggest the same of anyone else who has Any dealings with them. Have a wonderful day. more
