I had to get a rental due to car issues on a short notice. First of all the National Car Rental web site is user friendly, second upon arrival the clerks were very friendly, third no wait! I was in and out in less than 15 minutes and my rental was clean!\r \r Thanks so much for making life simple!!! more

I very much enjoy my experience at the Dayton airport. National is so quick and convenient. I prefer to go through DAY vs CVG because of the rental process. An area for improvement is in returning the car. The last several times I have dropped a car off there is no one in the area to check me in. This results in someone from "the office" calling me at home a couple of days later asking when I will return the car, when the car has been in their lot already for several days. There have been three times in recent memory when this has happened. It makes me feel as if my business and loyalty are taken for granted. more
