Reserved a full size suv and a full size car. Called the day before to change reservation to one less day. Our party of 9 arrived on time for our reservation and they had neither car. The manager finally gave us 3 compact cars at the same rate. What is the point of making a reservation? They knew they didn't have a full size car. The suv was late being returned. Did I mention I am an Emerald Club member? I won't use National again. more
