After going through almost a half dozen office chairs for my home office, and sparing no expense during that time, I had the opportunity to sit in a real comfortable chair at an outside meeting, and decided to move up a notch to a professional office supplier. An internet search led me to National Business Supply. I was shocked to see prices in some cases less than major discount stores that I've ordered from in the past, only to have them break, wobble, or nor work right after short terms, usually less than a year.
My new NBS chair didn't feel right after assembly, and after a few weeks warranted contacting NBS who promptly emailed back to me, describing the parts I would need. They shipped the new parts within a week from factory, and even sent a link to a video describing how to disassemble the old parts for re-assembly. Phone conversations with customer service are always friendly and professional, even for a ""little guy"" like me who orders only one chair. As an entrepreneurial businessman, I found myself thinking, ""This is the way to run a business, even if they are big enough to service the whole country, they take care of every problem that arises."" I will come back to NBS in the future and understand that they are not responsible for defective parts, only to uphold good service standards, and they do, with a smile.
