I had some issues with e-bay and instead of calling me to inform me of the issues the bank decided to deactivate my card with out notifying me while i was on vacation ... OUT OF STATE. had no way to get money or anything and when i called to figure out the problem they told me i would have to come in to talk to someone and refused to activate my card to continue spending my money to get home. left high and dry! not too classy. more

Kinda rude 6/28/2005

I have a friend who banks here and she really does not like it. Here at National Bank she said some of the tellers are kind of snotty. Which is not good when your working in a bank. Nothing worse than someone with an attitude taking care of your money. I surly would not want that. They do have great hours but not worth it for the rudiness of the tellers I do not think so. more
