My family and I have been going to Natalie's for over 20 years now. There is no job too large or too small for her and the cost is ridiculously low. Plus, she is a very nice person. If you need the services of a real tailor, there is only one place to go in this area and that is Natalie's. more

I have been ripped off by this woman Natalie and her nasty husband. After over ONE MONTH waiting for a new zipper replacement, the work was terrible. 30.00!! for a ""new"" zipper which does NOT work. She always had an excuse, ""too busy, Oh I forgot, I'll do it this week "" etc etc..Clearly, Over-priced, small, and unkept place. How she stays in business is beyond me. She is an awful seamstress. I will NEVER bring my business there again. When Natalie & her husband were yelling at me this morning - she said ""GOOD, I'm glad the zipper doesn't work!"" The grouchy husband told me not to hang around there! He then followed me to the next block !! Now I will have to file a police report now & take thesecrooks to small claims court. Please do NOT waste your time & money at this rip-off joint. Pros: NONE - Please Avoid. Cons: OVER PRICED, Shoddy Work, Terrible Service, awful. more
